Psst. Wanna read a book that most people would shudder to look at because it's so thick? Guns, Germs and Steel is the book for you.
Ever since reading this phenomenal book I have viewed the world in a grander light. There is so much information that it may take two reads, but it's worth at least one. Every high school kid should have to read it; it dispells myths, untwists some histories and invites the reader to rethink her/his views of the human race. Brilliant!!!
